Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. * **Routine Inspections:** Conduct weekly and monthly activation checks to verify that valves open instantly, deliver tepid water, and flow continuously for 15 minutes. * **Maintenance & Sanitation:** Flush lines, drain and clean basins, refill self-contained units, and replace defective valves, hoses, or shower heads. * **Compliance Tracking:** Update physical inspection tags on the equipment and log all preventative maintenance (PM) data into a digital CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). * **Defect Management:** Identify damaged units or environmental hazards (e.g., blocked access, freezing risks) and escalate for immediate repair. This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
