Must Have
Able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions., Have a neat & clean appearance in compliance with the company grooming standards, Punctual, able to report at scheduled start time
Nice to Have
High School Diploma or GED, Previous housekeeping/maintenance experience, Electrical and/or plumbing skills
What You'll Do.
and sanitation of buildings & facilities
Performs general maintenance around base area and all facilities
Basic maintenance skills required such as changing light bulbs
tightening loose fixtures
Works indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Heavy labor which includes snow removal
and furniture moving.
Performs snow removal using snowblower
Keeps grounds clear of litter and empties trash cans around the base area.
Responsible for general cleaning of fixtures and areas throughout facilities as needed
including the cleaning of restrooms.

Stocking paper goods.
