You'll work hands-on with HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical infrastructure, and building automation controls, using your technical expertise to diagnose issues, prevent equipment failures, and ensure operational continuity. You'll be responsible for responding to maintenance requests, conducting routine inspections, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining detailed records while ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and building codes.
