Willing to work at all Osler sites, Days/evenings 8 hours including weekends and statutory holidays
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Successful graduate of the BES program, Level 1 and 2, Minimum of three years of recent related experience, Minimum secondary school diploma, Previous operational experience in an automated boiler/HVAC plant
Nice to Have
Previous maintenance and operational experience in a hospital setting, Extensive knowledge and experience with building automation system computers and related DDC and pneumatic peripheral devices and controls (preferably Honeywell systems)
What You'll Do.
air conditioning systems
Perform daily inspections of boilers and HVAC systems
Test boiler feed water
Complete daily rounds and update logs
Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
Remove/repair pipework
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs
Perform minor plumbing repairs
Respond to fire alarms
Assist in moving and lifting equipment
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work independently and in conjunction with others on physical plant equipment maintenance and repairs
