Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 1-3 years working with building envelope, Ability to read architectural drawings, written & verbal communications skills, Proficiency in MS Office
Nice to Have
Architectural, Civil, or Mechanical engineering preferred, OSHA and/or ICC Certifications, SPRAT certified, Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification, Drone Operator
What You'll Do.
Understand phases of exterior wall construction projects
Conduct progress inspection
Track project activity
Maintain well written reports
Maintain detailed documents
Estimate effort of work
Advise on project progression
Update on project progression
Establish relationships with clients
Establish relationships with management teams
Provide cross-functional support
Ensure client needs are completed
Ensure internal timelines are completed
Ensure project activities are completed
Present project technical information
Present white paper case studies
Attend in-house seminars
Maintain utilization levels
Perform other duties as assigned
