What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma, 3 years of experience in Commercial Building Operations, Property Management, or a related industry, Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams, Reliable transportation required, Thorough understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems, Ability to efficiently present information, Understanding of multi-meter amp probe, anemometer, pressure gauges, drain auger, and other industry standard tools/equipment, Prior work experience and knowledge of energy-saving and sustainability measures, Organizational and analytical skills, Ability to read and understand plans and prints
Nice to Have
EPA Universal Certification required within 90 days of employment, Obtain required city and/or government licenses or permits
What You'll Do.
Comprehend and interpret instructions and memos
Ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding
Operate and use manual and power-driven tools
Provide concierge-style customer service
Perform preventative maintenance
Perform corrective repair of buildings
and company directives
Ensure adherence to work safety
Inspect building systems
Ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities
Achieve environmental conditions prescribed by the client
Perform contract work including landscaping
