What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma, EPA Universal Certification required within 90 days, Ability to efficiently present information, Ability to read and understand plans and prints, Reliable transportation required, Must have a thorough understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems, Understanding of multi-meter amp probe, anemometer, pressure gauges, drain auger, and other industry standard tools/equipment
Nice to Have
3 years of experience in Commercial Building Operations, Property Management, or a related industry, Prior work experience and knowledge of energy-saving and sustainability measures
What You'll Do.
Comprehend and interpret instructions and memos
Ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding
Operate and use necessary manual and power-driven tools
Provide concierge-style customer service
Perform preventative maintenance
Perform corrective repair of buildings
Align and ensure all applicable codes
Inspect building systems
Ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities
Achieve environmental conditions prescribed by the client
Perform contract work
