What You'll Achieve.
ensuring systems operate safely; support smooth building operations; resolve tenant issues; ensure assigned building systems are operating according to standards; ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, NFC, NFPA

Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions; escalate issues as needed; resolve tenant issues
Ability to work after hours, weekends, holidays, and during emergency situations, Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50, perform physically demanding tasks such as stooping, crouching, and kneeling, 100% in-office, working in office during standard business hours
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
HS Diploma or GED required, Two to three years of job related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience, Possess engineering and trade licenses required according to local, state, or national requirements, Basic working knowledge of laptop and phone applications for work order and facility operation systems, basic skills with Microsoft Outlook, Familiar with fire/life safety equipment/procedures, Proven track record for delivering excellent internal and external customer, ability to successfully interact/communicate with tenants/vendors/contractors as well as teammates and leadership team, Familiarity with blueprints and code requirements, Ability to work after hours, weekends, holidays, and during emergency situations as necessary, Possess competent knowledge of use and care of tools, Ability to read and write English, Exhibit a willingness to develop familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, gain experience with BAS operation and troubleshooting, Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50, perform physically demanding tasks such as stooping, crouching, and kneeling

CFC Certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Record equipment readings
Ensure building systems operate according to standards
Follow company safety protocols
Ensure compliance with OSHA
Participate in safety inspections
Provide guidance to junior Technicians
Communicate verbally and in writing
Keep customer(s) informed/updated
Develop technical skills
Participate in professional development programs
Perform other duties as assigned

Work closely with senior engineers; Interact with tenants, contractors, and property managers; Work closely with senior engineers and technicians; Communicate with teammates, leadership team, vendors, tenants, and client employees
