Thorough knowledge of building systems operations to achieve optimal operating costs (especially energy management) while meeting customer requirements and service level expectations., Demonstrated aptitude for and practical experience with thermodynamic, electrical, and mechanical systems, as well as computer-controlled building automation equipment., Working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for documentation and work order management., customer service orientation with the ability to respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner and communicate technical information effectively to non-technical audiences., Proven ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace while consistently using proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to all safety policies, procedures, and practices.
What You'll Do.

Respond to online service requests promptly and professionally
completing work efficiently with minimal disruption to clients and maintaining detailed documentation in the CMMS system.
Perform maintenance and monitoring repairs on mechanical
and fire life safety systems to keep all building systems compliant with applicable standards and codes.
Safely operate the facility in accordance with all government and regulatory requirements while demonstrating

Maintain a detailed inventory of parts and equipment
submitting replacement requests as necessary and ensuring all tools and materials are properly organized and accessible.
