Valid U. S. driver's license with a clean driving record for traveling between properties and obtaining parts/equipment., Physical capability to frequently walk, climb, bend, kneel, lift a minimum of 80 lbs. , stoop, and work/extend overhead, including navigating rooftops, climbing stairs, and ascending ladders with a 300-lb weight limit while carrying a 20-lb tool bag., Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Thorough knowledge of building systems operations to achieve optimal operating costs (especially energy management) while meeting customer requirements and service level expectations., Demonstrated aptitude for and practical experience with thermodynamic, electrical, and mechanical systems, as well as computer-controlled building automation equipment., Working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for documentation and work order management., customer service orientation with the ability to respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner and communicate technical information effectively to non-technical audiences., Proven ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace while consistently using proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to all safety policies, procedures, and practices.

What You'll Do.
