College graduate preferably a licensed mechanical or electrical engineer, 2-3 years’ work experience in real estate industry and property management, Sound technical skills to manage diverse range of building machinery and equipment, In-depth understanding of major operational equipment such as Generator Set, Elevators/Lifts, FDAS, Fire Suppression System and Water distribution system components, Deep Familiarity with Property Management Technical Operations, Technically capable in preparing engineering operation reports, Sound Technical and Leadership Skills, Work Order Management, Technical capability in review/vetting of plans process (MEPF), Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint) and AutoCAD, Fluent in English & Filipino (Spoken & Written)

What You'll Do.
Assist Property Manager in maintenance work
Conduct inspection and troubleshooting
Supervise technicians and follow up job requests
Coordinate with tenants on maintenance work
Inspect equipment operations
Prepare electrical meter readings
Document findings on logs
Respond to emergency calls
Report malfunctions of utility systems
Recommend temporary solutions
Determine need to call in technicians
Coordinate work with outside contractors
Submit periodic reports
Monitor tenant construction/fit-out process
Prepare technicians’ work schedule
Safe keep building plans
Assist Property Manager on energy optimization
