This position focuses on ensuring seamless facility operations through proactive maintenance, emergency response, and contractor oversight. Your technical expertise will directly support JLL's commitment to delivering exceptional client environments and upholding our operational excellence standards. **What your day-to-day will look like:** * Perform and direct assigned maintenance service requests, ensuring efficient completion of work across all facility systems * Maintain and monitor life safety systems including generators, fire panels, sprinklers, and audio/visual devices * Execute building and equipment maintenance, including lighting system repairs, plumbing and electrical work, HVAC coil cleaning, filter changes, and belt replacements * Supervise and monitor contractor performance to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed to standard * Respond to emergency repairs and perform preventative maintenance routines according to established schedules * Move machinery, equipment, and materials as requested to support facility operations * Document all work performance and materials procurement in the CMMS system to maintain accurate facility records **Required Qualifications:*
