What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years experience maintaining and repairing industrial or commercial building systems, Analyze operation of industrial Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems, Working knowledge of CMMS, High school diploma or GED equivalent, Physical ability to bend, sit, kneel, squat, stand, reach, and lay, Ability to work exposed to varying environmental conditions, Ability to work daylight and nighttime hours
Nice to Have
EPA 608 Type II Certification or higher, Additional EPA certifications, Experience with Building Automation Systems, Experience with computerized maintenance management systems, Trade certifications or technical school training in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing disciplines, Experience working in mission-critical facilities, Experience working in environments requiring 24/7 operations

This position centers on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment across all building systems. You'll manage complex building systems, respond to emerging issues, and ensure our facilities meet and exceed applicable standards while our clients' operations continue seamlessly. ## What your day-to-day will look like: * Operate, maintain, and repair Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to keep all facility and building systems performing to applicable standards * Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and associated equipment, including cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and replacing parts to maintain optimum performance levels * Record equipment readings and system parameters, making necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation and identifying potential issues before they escalate * Monitor the quality and pricing of maintenance work performed by outside contractors to ensure standards are met and costs remain competitive * Maintain responsibility
