This position centers on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment across all building systems. You'll manage complex building systems, respond to emerging issues, and ensure our facilities meet and exceed applicable standards while our clients' operations continue seamlessly. # **What your day-to-day will look like:** * Perform building rounds to ensure all systems are operable with no noted problems or alarm conditions * Execute preventive maintenance tasks including cleaning HVAC coils, changing filters and belts, and lubricating rotating equipment * Record temperatures, pressures, and other operating parameters to assess system and equipment performance * Prioritize and complete all PM, corrective, and emergent work orders in the queue (annual, monthly, weekly, and daily) * Update work order status in real time utilizing CMMS system and maintain accurate documentation * Troubleshoot systems, equipment, and components to make repairs and ensure reliability * Maintain and repair plumbing components including toi
