Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **What this job involves:** As a Building Engineer at JLL, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all electromechanical maintenance services while synchronizing technicians' duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives. You will ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This position also supports the Facilities Manager on building maintenance and operations, contract services, budget management, third party vendor management, and purchasing of material, equipment, and supplies, ensuring that the portfolio operates in consistency with regional programs and company/client policies and/or standard operational procedures. You will be accountable to work with the client to resolve complex key risks, issues, and concerns while advising on remediation and mitigation strategies and acting as point of contact for client audits, testing, and assessments.
