Must Have
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in commercial building maintenance or similar environment, EPA 608 Certification (Universal Technician for CFC refrigerants), commercial HVAC knowledge with demonstrated troubleshooting and repair capabilities, Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and reach for extended periods as required to access equipment, Capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, Availability for on-call work and emergency response as needed
Nice to Have
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for work order tracking and documentation, Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and control platforms, Minor electrical maintenance and repair experience, Plumbing maintenance and troubleshooting capabilities, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
What You'll Do.

Manage inventory control for tools

Lead or assist with event setup and teardown activities including electrical

and collaboration with security teams
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities
and service request summaries to identify and resolve recurrent operational issues
