What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Facilities/Mechanical/Electrical engineering, 5-10+ years executing commissioning process, Proven experience as Project Manager for commissioning projects, Knowledge and proven experience leading commissioning process, Knowledge of project management methodologies, Proficiency in creating and managing project schedules, Proficiency in managing project budgets, Proficiency in managing project documentation, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have
Professional certification such as CxA, CCP, BCxA, PMP, Experience with construction management software, Experience with commissioning software, Familiarity with commissioning processes, Familiarity with Enhanced Commissioning LEED requirements, Knowledge of industry-specific standards, Knowledge of regulatory requirements
