Manage and dispatch alarms
Review pass-down communications
Review emails from previous shifts
Review Corrigo for open Work Orders
Ensure timely resolution of Work Orders
Review alarm screens for trends
Identify recurring issues
Notify end users of equipment alarms
Escalate site BMS alarms
Direct responses to major incidents
Prioritize responses to critical alarms
Coordinate client-specific work permitting
Lead and manage operators
Ensure 24/7/365 coverage
Create and manage work schedules
Approve and process employee timecards
Review and approve PTO requests
Conduct quarterly check-ins
Provide guidance and support
Conduct performance reviews
Address performance issues
Implement disciplinary actions
Ensure required training is completed
Prepare and review emails
Complete other duties as assigned

You will play a critical role in monitoring and managing building systems to maintain optimal operating conditions (temperature, humidity, static pressure, schedules, amps, etc.) while leading a team that provides 24/7/365 coverage.
