Must Have
Minimum three years experience installing/commissioning Johnson Controls Metasys systems, Working knowledge of Metasys Tools: RAC schedule, CCT, SCT, Visio, Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems, Demonstrated technical aptitude, Demonstrated advanced computer skills, Experience with computer-related drafting tools
Nice to Have
Associates or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, 5+ years in HVAC field, Experience designing or evaluating mechanical/electrical building systems or control systems
What You'll Do.
Design hardware for HVAC control systems
Program software for HVAC control systems
Provide submittals to communicate design
Respond to warranty calls
Select hardware designs from library
Perform software programming
Coordinate creation of drawings
Coordinate creation of equipment schedules
Select materials for projects
Order materials for projects
Track material delivery
Coordinate factory-mounting processes
Assist in loading controllers
Assist in commissioning controllers
Assist in validation of system functionality
Troubleshoot system problems
Create as-built drawings
Create as-built software
Prepare documentation for system operation
Prepare manuals for system operation
Inform management of job progress
Inform JCI contractor of job progress
Inform customer of job progress
Inform management of issues
Inform JCI contractor of issues
Inform customer of issues
Assist in site-specific training
Complete expense reports
Complete on-site documentation
