What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of two years of previous experience in custodial or building maintenance assignments, Ability to work well without continuous supervision, Must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb, push, pull, stoop, twist, stretch, lift up to 50 pounds, Climb ladders up 10 feet with assistance and up to eight feet unassisted, Able to work on feet for prolonged periods of time, Must be able to effectively and efficiently clean and maintain an assigned area within a predetermined time schedule, Must wear uniforms and safety equipment as required
Nice to Have
Valid U.S. driver's license
What You'll Do.
Clean and service restrooms
Perform periodic and annual cleaning services
Scrub and refinish floors
Operate mechanical floor cleaners
recyclables and other debris
Perform furniture set-up and breakdown for meetings
Service dispensing activities
Deactivate electronic alarm
Request cleaning supplies and materials
Maintain well-stocked
clean and organized supply closets and
Perform minor repairs
Tighten door or window screen hinges
Replace vacuum cleaner belts
Perform minor maintenance
Participate in emergency response activities
