Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions. ## What you will experience in this position: As an Assembly Builder Floor Lead with nVent Management Company, you will play a vital role in constructing premier metal buildings for industrial and commercial applications. You will: * Serve as a working floor supervisor, engaging in the construction and fitting of components while leading all aspects of daily work activities and team performance * Supervise and direct employees on the floor to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met * Install all building components including HVAC units, windows, and doors * Read and interpret prints and bills of materials to ensure detailed execution * Finish the necessary paperwork and confirm all parts are shipped with the building * Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and man lifts safely * Load and unload building materials with precision * Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently as needed * Adapt to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected challenges with ease ## You have: * Prior experience supervising or leading employees in a hands-on work environment * A proven background in construction or related field * Experience with assembly and installation tasks * Proficiency in reading blueprints and handling construction tools * The ability to meet the physical and environmental demands of the job, including working in various weather conditions, lifting, pulling and moving heavy material, standing for long periods of time. **WE HAVE:** * A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day * nVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions.
