Join nVent Management Company as a Builder and contribute to a team dedicated to making the world safer through inventive electrical solutions. ## Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Provide assembly assistance at any sequence level, achieving flawless results with limited supervision. * Accurately position metal products according to detailed drawings and measurements. * Successfully implement basic construction principles, ensuring everything is square, level, and plumb. * Fasten metal products together using bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other fasteners. * Assist with repairs and rework as directed to ensure world-class quality before shipment. * Contribute to a workplace environment that fosters pride, customer focus, and individual responsibility. ## Education/ Experience: * High school diploma or GED. * One to three months of related experience and/or training. * Equivalent combinations of education and experience are welcome. ## Schedule: 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Thursday, with an additional up to 10 hours on Fridays.
