Develop assembly instructions
Develop alignment procedures
Develop torque specifications
Support rotor stacking
Support bearing installation
Support alignment operations
Document assembly activities
Document as-built observations
Document lessons learned
Develop work-holding solutions
Support creation of work instructions
Support standard operating procedures
Provide feedback to design teams
Provide feedback to manufacturing teams
Prepare hardware for testing
Prepare hardware for validation
Troubleshoot assembly issues
Contribute to iterative improvements
Receive mentorship from senior engineers
Take on more responsibility
