What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent, MED Badge
Nice to Have
One or more years of work experience in a related industry or work environment, Bilingual in English / Spanish, Knowledge of local, state and federal laws relating to key areas of responsibility, Knowledge of basic computer skills, Point of Sale software and cash management, Fun attitude and work ethic, Attention to detail, Team-player mentality, Ability to creatively cultivate long-term customer relationships, Regular and on-time attendance

Ensure sales floor is stocked
Maintain store cleanliness and organization
Communicate customer concerns to management
Utilize store technology
Process online and in store sales
Record accurate sales numbers

Utilize Company tools for training
Record time cards accurately
Abide by all company policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with all regulations
Communicate compliance issues effectively
Assist management in correcting inventory issues
