What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent, MED Badge
Nice to Have
One or more years of work experience in a related industry or work environment, Bilingual in English / Spanish, Knowledge of local, state and federal laws relating to key areas of responsibility, Knowledge of basic computer skills, Point of Sale software and cash management
What You'll Do.
Provide exceptional service to all customers and patients
Educate customers on products
Make product recommendations

Answer customer questions
Offer customer assistance
Suggest items to customers
Provide product information
Assist customers with requests
Verify customer identification/paperwork
Create/update customer profiles

Increase purchase amounts
Educate customers about promotions and events
Solicit feedback on service levels
Ensure sales floor is stocked
Maintain store cleanliness and organization
Communicate customer concerns to management
Utilize store technology
Process online and in store sales
Record accurate sales numbers in POS
Report tips accurately
Utilize Company tools for training and news
Review schedules using HR platforms
Record time cards accurately
Abide by all company policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with all regulations
Communicate compliance issues effectively
Assist management in correcting inventory issues
