Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, Knowledge of cannabis strains, Experience in retail sales, Experience in customer service, Ability to work in fast-paced environment, Ability to multitask, Basic math skills, Proficiency in using a POS system, Ability to work a flexible schedule, Must be 21 years or older, Ability to stand for long periods, Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, Must pass all required background checks, Must possess valid driver's license, Must have open availability
Nice to Have
Prior experience in the cannabis industry, Knowledge of state and federal cannabis regulations, Experience with METRC, Experience with other cannabis tracking systems, Available to travel 10% of the time, Remain compliant with all legal and company regulations
What You'll Do.
Greet and assist customers
Educate customers on cannabis products
Process customer transactions
Maintain a clean dispensary
Organize product displays
Monitor inventory levels
Follow all regulations
Maintain knowledge of trends
Attend training sessions
Respond to customer inquiries
Respond to customer complaints
Perform other duties as assigned
