High school diploma or equivalent, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask, Basic math skills, Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, Must be 21 years or older, Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds, Must pass all required background checks, Must possess valid driver's license or state ID, Must have open availability which includes nights and weekends, Remain compliant with all legal and company regulations for working in the industry
Nice to Have
Prior experience in the cannabis industry, Knowledge of state and federal cannabis regulations, Experience with METRC and other cannabis tracking systems
What You'll Do.
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Educate customers on cannabis products
Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions using the POS system
Maintain a clean and organized dispensary
including product displays
Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed
Follow all state and federal regulations related to cannabis sales and consumption
Maintain knowledge of current cannabis industry trends and products
Attend training sessions and keep up to date on industry developments
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Perform other duties as assigned
