What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–5 years of experience in investigator grant or site budget development within pharma or a CRO, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Nice to Have
Experience with clinical trial budget governance is a definite plus
What You'll Do.
Building investigator grant and site budgets from the ground up
Analysing protocol-specific cost drivers
Applying Fair Market Value (FMV) principles and governance rules
Preparing and releasing country-specific budget outputs
Maintaining audit-ready documentation and version control
Supporting budget-to-actual variance analysis
Providing scenario-based modelling and benchmarking support

Collaborating across Finance, Compliance, Clinical Ops, Study Teams, and Site Contracting; Building cross-functional relationships; Interpreting protocol nuances and resolving budget questions
