Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field, 10+ years of USAF financial management or budget analysis experience, Proficiency with Web CCaR, CRIS, ABSS, DTS, GAFS, SMART, PMRT, SDW, EDA, MOCAS, FMSuite, Knowledge of Appropriation Law (Time, Purpose, Amount) and PPBE, Experience preparing PRs, MORDs, MIPRs, AF 616s, POs, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, Ability to brief senior leadership and collaborate across directorates, Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one
Nice to Have
Experience supporting AFLCMC, EPASS, or DoD program offices, Understanding of USAF Congressional funding processes and AFM systems, Experience with PMA budget planning and end-of-year execution, Familiarity with compliance reviews, audits, and MICT processes, Master's degree/MBA
What You'll Do.
Provide comprehensive financial management support to the Fighteromber Directorate and its PEO portfolio under the EPASS 81 contract.
Execute and track USAF funds across multiple appropriations within the program office.
Use Web CCaR to conduct forecasting
obligation/expenditure tracking
and creation of funding documents.
Perform tri-annual reviews in FMSuite and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Research and analyze open documents using CCaR
Work with DFAS to resolve ULO/NULO discrepancies.
Prepare reprogramming packages
and shortfall analyses.
Support expiring-year funds monitoring and end-of-year closeout actions.
Generate financial charts
and written reports for senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with Appropriation Law
and DoD/USAF financial regulations.
