What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in project management, contract management, financial management, and budgeting, Experience working with SAP's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial system, Experience with commercial software packages, financial databases, and web or database applications, including Microsoft Office and MS Excel, Ability to communicate and effectively address complex issues both orally and in writing, Ability to work independently and collaboratively, Ability to organize, coordinate, and conduct meetings, Secret clearance, HS diploma or GED
Nice to Have
Experience working with ONR financial processes, procedures, and financial systems, including Navy ERP, Experience in managing technology programs, Knowledge of S&T portfolios, Bachelor's degree
