This position requires an active Secret clearance. Locations may vary around Southwest Asia (Iraq, Kuwait, etc) **Meaningful Work and Impact** The Budget and Administrative Assistant ensures the accurate tracking, documentation, and reporting of financial data related to program activities. The role focuses on budget execution, expenditure monitoring, and maintaining accurate accounting records to support program operations. • Track program budgets, expenditures, obligations, and funding actions to ensure proper financial oversight. • Prepare routine and ad hoc budget reports, expenditure summaries, and trend analyses. • Maintain historical records of Customer Tracking Numbers (CTNs) and verify accuracy of funding documentation. • Review contract modifications for funding additions, de‑obligations, and fund transfers. • Apply accounting principles to analyze transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure accuracy of financial data. • Maintain or oversee financial records including disbursements, expenses, income, and other accounting activities. • Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other standard accounting reports. • Support maintenance and improvement of accounting systems to ensure timely recognition of financial transactions. • Manage daily personnel accountability and oversee personnel in-/out
