Registered Nurse licensure, Master's Degree in Nursing, Meet faculty requirements, Current knowledge of nursing, Mentor and coach ability, Pre-licensure nursing teaching experience, Utilizing a Learning Management System, Prior work with students preparing for ATI CMS, Prior work with students preparing for NCLEX-RN

What You'll Do.
Lead NCLEX Success team
Work with faculty Coaches
Work with students struggling with examinations
Work with students struggling with CMS
Work with students struggling with Comp Predictor
Work with students struggling with NCLEX style testing
Work with students struggling with remediation
Coordinate policies related to ATI CMS exams
Coordinate policies related to NCLEX Success
Enforce policies related to ATI CMS exams
Enforce policies related to NCLEX Success
Provide ATI orientation to new faculty
Ensure completion of assigned workshops
Assist on-boarding new faculty
Ensure new faculty completes training
Track students from beginning to end
Participate in student orientation
Provide constant messaging regarding NCLEX
Identify at-risk students
Assist at-risk students in test preparation
Participate in weekly NCLEX meetings
Participate in student analysis meetings
Present up-to-date information on at-risk students
Attend committee meetings
Attend analysis meetings
Analyze Licensure Dashboard ATI data
Monitor Licensure Dashboard ATI data
Formulate plans for data
Follow up on data plans
Reconcile official NCLEX results
Perform deep dive analysis of students
Develop plans for improvement
Plan Professional Development
Maintain contact with pre-grad students
Maintain contact with post-grad students
Encourage students through NCLEX testing
Guide students through NCLEX testing
Guide students through continued use of ATI products
Collaborate on NCLEX Tracking
Lead Licensure department initiatives
Ensure student has prescription for success
Ensure student has score card
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties
