4 years experience Registered Nurse, Current unencumbered licensure, Masters of Science in Nursing Degree, Meet faculty requirements Board of Registered Nursing, Current knowledge of nursing, Ability to mentor, Working knowledge Microsoft Office Suite

Documented background educational methodology, Experience with education theory, Experience with distance education techniques
What You'll Do.
Facilitate student learning
Provide effective instruction
Perform evaluations of student learning
Ensure students attained minimum course competencies
Supervise students in lab
Debrief students in lab
Evaluate students in lab
Be available to students
Meet scheduled responsibilities
Inform Program Director if unable to meet
Assure classroom are left clean
Assure lab are left clean
Keep accurate attendance records
Post attendance in portal
Submit attendance roster
Maintain course records
Maintain student records
Submit grades by deadlines
Submit records by deadlines
Make missed lab phone calls
Make missed SCE phone calls
Make missed clinical phone calls
Make calls to students not engaged
Adhere to Academic Freedom policy
Collaborate with other instructors
Administer examinations
Prepare final evaluations

Assist with strategic planning
Assist with assessment of instructional initiatives
Ensure quality of program
