What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Active and unrestricted Washington real estate license, located in the greater Seattle, WA area, 5+ years of experience as a licensed agent, 3+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents, At least 10 closed transactions in the last 12 months, A track record of recruiting and building a team, not just managing one, A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets, Demonstrated ability to coach a team, develop skills, and drive results without a company-supplied lead pipeline
