The Analyst Program is designed to introduce young professionals to the brokerage side of the commercial real estate industry by providing immediate learning opportunities. Stream’s Analysts learn about day-to-day business functions and decision-making processes of either the tenant representation or landlord representation teams, as well as interfacing with all levels of management. The Analyst Program will develop the three major competencies necessary for a successful career in commercial real estate: market knowledge, financial knowledge, and legal knowledge.
