About the Role The Brokerage Accounting role responsible for brokerage transaction auditing, commission accounting, brokerage accounts payable administration, post-close adjustments, referrals, co-brokes, silent overrides, clawbacks, and exception management across assigned markets. This role ensures brokerage transactions are accurate, audit-ready, and processed correctly. Responsibilities Own brokerage accounting operations for assigned markets. Audit brokerage deals and commission calculations for accuracy. Review referrals, co-brokes, silent overrides, and special commission arrangements. Manage post-close adjustments, clawbacks, commission corrections, and payment exceptions. Monitor automated Total Brokerage to Ramp payment workflows and investigate discrepancies. Partner with Operations and market leadership to resolve transaction issues. Support month-end close and audit readiness. Document recurring exceptions and identify automation opportunities. *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. Qualifications 3+ years experience. Real estate brokerage accounting experience preferred. Experience resolving accounting exceptions. Experience with Total Brokerage, Ramp, NetSuite, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365 Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
