The AWS APAC Brokerage Ops Team seeks a motivated Brokerage Operations Manager to drive and optimize our customs operations across the region. In this role, you will lead process improvements, standardize operational procedures, and execute strategic initiatives while maintaining tactical excellence in day-to-day operations. You will operate autonomously in managing customs brokerage operations, developing performance metrics, and establishing best practices. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in logistics and transportation operations, with demonstrated ability to learn complex regulatory environments and troubleshoot operational challenges independently. Success in this role requires project management skills to lead operational initiatives, drive process automation, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
