As a Broker Development Manager, you will work closely with the Broker Support Manager and State Manager to build, develop and maintain strong broker and aggregator relationships across **Perth CBD and the broader WA market**. **Responsibilities** * Develop and execute strategies to grow and maintain strong relationships across key broker segments, leveraging data insights and networks * Engage regularly with external stakeholders to identify and deliver on growth opportunities * Partner with brokers to review submission quality and conversion, enhancing customer outcomes while ensuring responsible lending and ethical practices * Build strong internal stakeholder relationships and collaborate across policy, process and product * Deliver education and training to brokers on Bankwest policy, processes and products **We are looking to hear from peo
