THE ROLE At Flock, we’re on a mission to make the world quantifiably safer, and our brokers play a crucial role in making this vision a reality. We’re looking for an ambitious and passionate Broker Development Manager to accelerate our distribution through brokers. In this role, you’ll maximise existing broker relationships and build strong, strategic, growth partnerships as part of our fast-paced distribution team right at the heart of Flock’s mission. You’ll manage a panel of key strategic brokers with significant growth opportunities.
