What They're Looking For.
Must Have
One year of wholesale insurance experience, State specific Insurance License, Technical Assistant experience or three years of general insurance experience, Must be able to understand and analyze necessary components of insurance policies, Ability to make independent decisions following CRC guidelines with minimal or no supervision, Good organizational, time management, and detail skills, Extensive knowledge of insurance and CRC processes, Ability to maintain a high level of tact and professionalism, Good leadership skills to influence other assistants in a positive manner, Possess interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, computer and office skills, Ability to work extended hours when necessary
Nice to Have
College degree with a concentration in business or equivalent work experience
What You'll Do.
Respond to requests from brokerage team
Interact with clients and underwriters
Explain coverages and liabilities
Provide or assist with quotations
Develop professional rapport with clients
Manage account documentation
Initiate and coordinate renewal activity
Initiate cancellation and non-renewal notices
Facilitate flow of information
Maintain suspense system
Provide supervision to Technical Assistants
Assist Associate Brokers and Brokers
Maintain current knowledge of insurance industry

Partner to Broker; Provide superior support; Provide high quality service to agents and companies; Interact regularly with clients and underwriters; Facilitate the flow of information from agents and underwriters; Provide supervision to Technical Assistants; Assist Associate Brokers and Brokers with duties as needed
