What You'll Do.
Perform installations and service changes
Troubleshoot services from NID to ONT
Identify and remedy internet problems
Use and maintain Digital Multi-Meter
Perform performance testing
Setup installed services
Build and terminate ethernet cables
Operate fiber optic testing instruments
Maintain outside fiber plant
Analyze technical network problems
Determine line quality
Educate subscribers on devices
Add devices to network
Make configuration changes
Interact with customers professionally
Educate customers on products
Review service order requirements
Discuss equipment requests
Read and interpret service orders
Perform specified work
