Must Have
5+ years experience, Structural technical design experience, Project management skills, Experience managing budgets, Experience preparing reports on project financials, Demonstrated ability to manage Bridges and Structures program and staff statewide, Experience effectively managing and motivating direct reports, Ability to understand applicable laws, policies, and procedures, Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, Proven ability of contract development and implementation of capital improvements
