What You'll Do.
Remove breast fillets from poultry
Grasp fillets from front halves
Separate muscle from bone structure
Place fillets onto conveyor system
Maintain consistent production speed
Maintain quality standards
Rotate to other cone line positions
Participate in daily warm-up exercises
Participate in job rotations
Ensure proper use of PPE
Follow all start-up procedures
Follow all shutdown procedures

Never reach into moving equipment
