Serving guest in an efficient and courteous manner following the proper steps of service

Set up tables with items needed for service (i. e. flatware

Maintain knowledge of current menu items

including ingredients

Bus tables quickly and quietly

ensuring table is thoroughly cleaned

Upsell menu items to guests

as well as pairing wine with the meal

Ensure guest tables are properly set up during meal period

making sure appropriate flatware and drinkware is placed

Participate in daily cleaning of dining room and service stations

Attend monthly department meetings and daily standups
