Safety sensitive position, Requires drug, alcohol, and fit to work testing, Remote work lifestyle in a camp setting, Ability to work long shifts and rotational schedules, Endurance to function effectively in remote northern climates, Resilience under isolation conditions, Fly-in/fly-out shared accommodations and meals provided, Extended periods away from home, Possible weather-related travel delays, Must comply with all company and client health, safety, and operational standards

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Current Food Safe certificate, Ability to pass the Drug and Alcohol and Health Assessment, Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check, Must have valid government issued photo ID for travel to site, Be able to handle the following physical demands: Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs, Climb ladders or stairs, Stand, walk, squat, kneel or sit according to task for extended lengths of time, Perform repetitive hand work requiring full use of both hands, Perform work with arms at full length, Work with arms above shoulder height

Nice to Have

Large-scale cooking experience in camp settings, banquet halls and/or hotels, Red Seal or other certifications, Experience in accurately producing weekly inventories, Experience with producing baked goods (scratch baking and/or pre-fab items), Previous supervisory experience

What You'll Do.

Prepare breakfast menu as approved by Chef

Prepare a fruit bar for breakfast

Prepare breakfast sandwiches

Prepare vegetables and meats for omelet bar

Have breakfast specials

Prepare RTE Containers from left over products

Set up and take down steam table

Assist with the clean-up

Clean and sanitize all work areas

Assist with putting away groceries

Maintain a clean and organized cooler

Check and document temperatures of coolers and freezers

Cook breakfast items from scratch

Mix and cook pancakes

Prepare all breakfast ingredients

Ensure breakfast menu and quantity are prepared

Serve at the breakfast line

Responsible for overall food presentation and portioning

Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of dining room

Ensure health and safety regulations
