About MR PORTER Located in the iconic W Amsterdam, MR PORTER is where the modern steakhouse meets the sophistication of a high-end lounge. As part of THE ENTOURAGE GROUP, MR PORTER combines fine dining with sleek design, outstanding service, and a buzzing atmosphere from morning to night. We are currently looking for a Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team and help deliver an exceptional breakfast experience to our guests. The Role As our Breakfast Chef , you will be responsible for preparing and presenting breakfast dishes to the highest standard. You’ll work independently or with a small morning team to ensure guests enjoy a fresh, elegant, and perfectly timed start to their day. ## Requirements Key Responsibilities * Prepare and cook breakfast items according to MR PORTER standards * Set up and maintain a clean, organised breakfast station * Monitor stock and ensure proper storage of ingredients * Assist with mise-en-place and daily prep for the wider kitchen team * Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with HACCP guidelines * Communicate effectively with service and kitchen colleagues * Ensure consistency and quality in every dish served Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience as a (breakfast) chef or cook * Passion for high-quality food and precision in preparation * Able to work early shifts, including weekends * Strong sense of responsibility and time management * Able to work independently and under pressure * Living in or near Amsterdam * Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus) * EU passport or valid work permit for the Netherlands Benefits * In house training * Annual in-house experience within the Sircle Collection hotels * Hotel staff discounts within the Sircle Collection hotels * 25% staff discount throughout THE ENTOURAGE GROUP restaurants * 10% retail discount at XBANK * Collective discount at Business Fitness Netherlands * Free bootcamp every Monday morning * Refer a friend bonus * Paid moving day * Free lifestyle coaching Interested?
