Receive and assess breakdown calls
Coordinate rapid responses
Arrange vehicle recovery
Source and arrange replacement vehicles
Manage daily handovers
Prioritise ongoing repairs
Authorise reactive repairs
Create purchase orders
Monitor repair progress
Maintain accurate records
Support cost reporting
Support defect pattern identification
