What You'll Do.
Receive inbound phone calls
Coordinate scheduled maintenance
Coordinate unscheduled maintenance
Deliver outstanding customer service
Execute vendor management program
Negotiate pricing for tires
Negotiate pricing for parts
Negotiate pricing for services
Work closely with maintenance department
Communicate breakdowns promptly
Communicate accidents promptly
Communicate incidents promptly
Receive incoming calls
Address incoming calls
Interact with digital communications
Review email messages
Address email messages
Maintain communication with vendors
Maintain communication with drivers
Maintain communication with operational stakeholders
Ensure DOT/FMCSA Regulations are followed

The Breakdown Coordinator (2nd Shift) will be receiving inbound phone calls while being the liaison to coordinate both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance related issues between our drivers, vendors, and organizational stakeholders. The Breakdown Coordinator (2nd Shift) must be able to deliver outstanding customer service to ensure that our drivers receive the best experience as they engage with our team to address their maintenance needs. This position is ideal for someone that has served as a service writer or has acted as a liaison between the customer and the mechanic.
