1+ year of experience in a baker preparation position, Basic math and measuring skills, Good work ethic, Communication skills, Time management skills, Availability to work onsite, Open, flexible schedule, Overnight shifts availability, Evenings availability, Weekends availability, Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, Ability to stand, walk, bend and squat, Ability to work with a wood burning oven, Ability to work with electric pizza convection oven, Ability to work with commercial spiral mixer
