What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6–8+ years of experience in digital or retail media, including time in media agencies, FMCG, or retail tech, prior experience managing direct reports, Proven record of driving growth within a segment or scaling a commercial function, experience managing complex agency relationships and multi-brand portfolios, Strategic mindset with hands-on attitude, Excellent leadership and communication skills, Data-driven decision-making with the ability to balance analytical depth and creative thinking, Passion for advertising innovation, technology, and retail transformation
