Must Have
5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales or brand partnerships, ideally within media agencies, retail media or FMCG verticals., Deep understanding of brand marketing objectives and media buying behavior in FMCG (upper and lower funnel)., commercial acumen — ability to translate GMV into media value, pitch bundled solutions, and handle objections., Comfortable with campaign analytics, forecasting, and revenue planning., Fluent communicator — both internally (with senior stakeholders) and externally (with C-level brand partners and agencies)., You’re proactive, data-driven, and obsessed with making things happen.
